Shipping & Handling

Our shipping policy is to send out orders within 2 business days of receipt of orders whenever possible.  If an item is unavailable due to back orders we will send the order within 21  business days. Shipping is based on the actual cost for the weight of your items. Cost is the exact postal service fee plus a packaging and handling fee.

Due to the nature of Kina Kanu natural products, no refunds will be given for any reason. Please read the below policies.

A package is considered delivered once the first attempt is made. For this reason, it is important that you provide accurate delivery information for location.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Clearance or Closeout merchandise non refundable.

In the unlikely event you receive a flawed or defective item, you must notify Kina Kanu within 2 business days of the receipt of your package. The item in question will be replaced and shipped to you at no additional charge, once we have received the problem item. Failure to notify Kina Kanu of such a defect within this time frame will render the sale final and no longer eligible for return or replacement based on the defect.
